Getting to the Digital Society Initiative (DSI)

Address: Rämistrasse 69, 8001 Zürich

From the airport (Zurich Airport), it takes about 35 minutes to get to the DSI if you take tram 10 from the airport to "ETH/Universitätsspital". From there, it's just a short downhill walk.

From Zurich's main station (Zürich Hauptbahnhof), it takes about 15 minutes to either take the tram or walk directly to the DSI.

Dinner location: Lake Side

Trams

From the workshop location (DSI), take tram 9 to get to Bellevue. From there, you can take tram 2 or 4 to Fröhlichstrasse and walk for 4 minutes.

If you're leaving from the train station, you can take tram 4 all the way to Fröhlichstrasse.

Include a walk

If the weather is good, you might want to include a walk along the lake on your way to the restaurant. The walk from the tram stop "Bellevue" to the restaurant is particularly nice. You just have to follow the shore. The walk is about 20 minutes and will give you great views of the city, the surrounding mountains, and - if we're lucky - the Alps.

Take the boat

There are also ferries leaving from Landesmuseum (right next to the train station) that will take you to Zürichhorn. The boat ride takes about 30 minutes. From there, it's just a 2 minute walk to the restaurant.
